The Taubertal Festival 2025, held from August 8 to 10, brought together a vibrant mix of music, culture, and sustainability in the picturesque Taubertal valley below the medieval town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber.
This year's event featured a diverse lineup, with genres ranging from rock and punk to hip-hop and electronic sounds. The festival was marked by a strong emphasis on sustainability, with measures such as reusable cups and green camping initiatives.

Paula Carolina, who was the only female act and the only FLINTA musician at the festival, emphasized this fact during her performance and played numerous hit songs with her band. She also performed a new, previously unreleased song and invited all FLINTA people onto the stage to sing with her.
Another highlight was the performance by the punk rock band Team Scheisse, who had the best-attended performance on the Sounds For Nature Stage. The band presented a colorful mix of almost 10 years of band history and engaged the audience in true punk fashion.
Easy Access
The festival organisers made it easy for visitors to access the festival grounds. The shuttle bus service was expanded this year, allowing easy access for visitors not staying on the campsite or exploring Rothenburg ob der Tauber. Buses ran at regular intervals and were pleasantly air-conditioned, never overcrowded despite the heat. Additionally, there were numerous signs from the city showing the quickest route to the festival grounds.
In summary, the 2025 edition of the Taubertal Festival combined well-known international headliners with diverse fresh talent and a dedicated Emergenza final showcase, making it a memorable and varied festival experience.
