In the picturesque town of Korntal-Münchingen, a temporary forest adventure trail has been set up for children to explore nature, discover the forest playfully, and collect valuable experiences. The Wusel trail, as it's known, consists of eight creative interactive stations along a 2-kilometer route.

Mayor Alexander Noak of Korntal-Münchingen stated that the forest adventure trail invites children to go out into nature and learn. Florian Elsaesser from the forest department of the Ludwigsburg district office explained that the Wusel trail aims to make the forest experienceable for children through imagination, movement, and environmental education.

Children follow the story of the forest mouse Wusel on a treasure map during the trail. The treasure map for the Wusel trail is available at the starting point or can be downloaded from the district's website. The trail is designed for children aged 4 and above, and is open daily without registration. Visitors are advised to wear sturdy footwear and protect themselves from ticks on the Wusel trail.

The Wusel trail will remain open until early October 2025, after which it will be dismantled and set up in Heimerdingen, Ditzingen district.

Meanwhile, in Weil der Stadt, the beach summer event on the city's market square has concluded after more than a month. Approximately 200 tons of sand were unloaded on the market square to enhance the beach vacation feeling.
