St. Petersburg, with 11% of bookings, sees travelers staying for about four nights, with an average nightly cost of 3,800 rubles. Similarly, Moscow, the third most popular with 7% of bookings, also sees an average stay of four nights, but with a higher average nightly cost of 4,800 rubles.
Other popular destinations in October include Yalta, Kislovodsk, Kazan, Kaliningrad, and Sevastopol. Besides the top three, Kazan, Krasnodar, and Ekaterinburg also make the list of most booked holiday destinations. Krasnodar and Gelendzhik in the Krasnodar region are particularly popular, ranking eighth and ninth respectively.
