In the heart of Germany, the Sparkasse Gera-Greiz is expanding its team and seeking a dedicated individual to join their real estate center. With approximately 400 employees, 18 branches, and an asset base of around 2.7 billion euros, this financial institution offers a professional and modern work environment equipped with IT facilities.

The role requires a versatile candidate who can perform building cleaning, maintain and refill coffee machines, and manage the vehicle fleet. In addition to these duties, the successful applicant will also support the preparation and setup/teardown of events, perform minor repairs and maintenance work in buildings and outdoor facilities, and maintain outdoor and green areas. They will accompany renovation and relocation measures and may be required to perform courier tours and driving services.

Candidates must hold a driver's license class B and have completed an apprenticeship in a technical or skilled trade. A wide range of technical and skilled trade skills is highly desirable.
